Dodai is the beloved Pashto word for bread. No Karahi is complete without it! Choose from our soft, pillowy traditional Dodai or our Tandoori Dodai, baked fresh by slapping the dough against the blazing hot walls of a traditional clay oven for that perfect, slightly charred chew.
